general impressions:
Talk about the boonies, Three Points is way out there. We didn't mind the ride, as it was a place
we have never been before. There is a paved highway but roads are mostly unpaved in the
residential neighborhoods. It seemed like a serene place far from city life.
history of the area:
The site is seven years old with one previous owner. There have been no tragedies or deaths on
the property. History of the land is basically non existent, which is typical with
Arizona being a big part of the old "wild west".
the investigation:
We arrived approximately 8:30pm and met
with the client who gave us a tour and
showed us where the areas of reported
activity were. Activity reported consisted
of shadows being seen, stereo, lights and
television turning on and off by
themselves, pencil yanked out of hand and
tossed in the trash, hot and cold spots
felt, footsteps heard, doors opening,
phantom smells, rocking chair rocking,
whispers, whistling, headaches, feelings
of uneasiness, names being called, objects
moving to different locations
on their own, faucets turning on,
gas stove turning on. This activity was
witnessed by all members of the family.
During a trip to The Monte Vista Hotel in
Flagstaff, the family conducted a seance
was performed in one of the rooms. The
family conducted an EVP session as well.
This may or may not have been an invitation
to some spirits to come home with them, it is inconclusive at this point but the activity
reportedly started up after they returned home. We set up DVR base camp in the kitchen and
placed our IR DVR cameras and stationary audio recorders in strategic locations in the areas of
interest. After all equipment was checked for operation and we went to work.
We started our EMF and temperature sweeps to determine average base line readings
throughout the home. We had found that there was extremely high EMF coming from the master
bedroom wall where the headboard of the bed was positioned. This may attribute to the
headaches and feelings of uneasiness that was reported as high EMF exposure can affect
different people in different ways according to the sensitiveness of the individual. Faucets were
checked to test the force that is required to activate the valves. All faucets tested did require
some force but were not loose enough to have any vibration activate the valves. Footstep
sounds may have been from the difference in interior and exterior temperatures combined with
expansion and contraction of the wooden floor under the carpeting. These noises were
happening throughout the investigation.
At one point during our break time, it was noticed that something had moved between the monitor
and the window causing a blockage of light from the monitor. This happened only once and there
was no one inside to cause this to happen.
EVP sessions were conducted in all rooms of the home and at one point,
the client sat in to ask some questions.
After a full night's investigation, it was decided that we wrap it up and start packing the
equipment away. It was an interesting investigation and we were anticipating finding evidence
from many hours of video footage, audio from video footage,
audio and many still pictures as well.

After analysis of audio recordings, we found there was EVP evidence gathered from the home
during EVP sessions. Most of our clients are understanding towards the paranormal and don't
want any harm or disrespect directed towards the spirits that may have been in the household
with the family, they just want any spirits there to go where they need to go. We try and direct
the spirits to go where they belong. All through the investigation while conducting EVP
sessions, we were communicating to any spirits that may have been there that their time here is
finished and that it was time to move on and go into the light.
Our encouragement methods have worked before. We understand that some spirits may be afraid
to go into the light or just may not know where they need to be. It is somewhat difficult to know
just what the case is until after evidence analysis.

The following EVP is what was gathered early in the investigation. It was noticed upon post
analysis that the later it was, the less EVP was recorded indicating that the spirits seemed to
be accepted our communication and guidance. They did voice some colorful opinions about one of
our investigators, what they wanted, a possible name and responded intelligently when asked to
repeat some of our names.
evp evidence :
"hey"
"aw, get out"
"right here"
audible utterance
"no"
"all we want is peace in here"
"jessica"
"help"
"tell her no"
"she's a babette"
"were not in the house"
"lori"
"i am right here"
"this is all done for me"
"randy"
"check out this fuckin'
chick would ya"
"i am here"
"philip"
"here"
video evidence:
digital still pictures:
After going over hundreds of digital still pictures, it was determined that
there wasn't anything significant of paranormal nature to post.
After going over many hours of video footage, it was determined that there
wasn't anything significant of paranormal nature to post.
conclusion:
With the exception of the EVP captured on audio, most of the reported activity can be
explained... Footsteps being heard may have been from the difference in interior and
exterior temperatures combined with expansion and contraction of the wooden floor
under the carpeting, there was extremely high EMF coming from the master bedroom
was admissible evidence wise.
T.Az.P.S. would like to thank the client and family for allowing us in their home for
this investigation. They are a wonderful, caring and understanding family and
we enjoyed their company and hospitality.
