| When: Saturday June 14th 2008. Where: Jerome, Arizona. Conference Site: The original Jerome hospital, built in 1917. This hospital was replaced by the new hospital built in 1927 up the hill which is now The Jerome Grand Hotel. *Please note* The Conference will not take place at The Jerome Grand Hotel. Price: $50.00 per person $60.00 at the Door Time: 9:00am to 4:30pm Transportation: will be provided from the parking areas at the bottom of the mountain to the conference site, back down for the Jerome tour, and back to the hotel after the tour of Jerome if needed. Overnight Accommodations: The owners of the Jerome Grand Hotel have been gracious enough to offer all conference guests a 10% discounted room rate if guests choose to stay overnight after the conference. Please make reservations through the hotel directly, ASAP. The rooms at the hotel fill up months in advance. All rooms are first come, first serve.
